- Check in is from 13:00 h. onwards. Check-out is before 12:00 h.

- No, as we have only a few rooms.
- Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
- Yes, two beds or a large bed.
- Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
- Yes, they have balconies and windows.
- How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
- We have 3 storeys with lift.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
- Yes, every room is perfectly air-conditioned.
- Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
- Yes, it is adapted for the handicapped.
- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
- Yes, we have a luggage locker next to the reception to keep your luggage.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
- The hotel does not have a parking, but it is possible to leave the car in the public parking of San Agustín, 2 minutes away from the hotel. It is a secure guarded parking and it costs €25 per day (approximately).
- Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer?
- There is free Wi-Fi in the reception. Free wire connection in the rooms.
- Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
- We have a spectacular Suite overlooking the Alhambra, as well as extra services, such as fruit, champagne, flowers… to bring a romantic touch to the room. If you wish to stay in this room, you need to book it in advance, as it is in great demand.
- What languages are spoken in Reception?
- Spanish, English and French.
- Where may I rent a car?
- There is a car rental company at about 2 minutes from the hotel.
- Is it complicated to arrive at The Alhambra?
- No, there are several buses every 10 or 12 minutes that will take you to the entrance of The Alhambra, just in front of the ticket offices.
